How to measure your waist:

  1. Remove your shirt. (if possible)
  2. Keep your back straight.
  3. Feel the area between your hips and ribs.
  4. Begin your measurement there.
  5. Measure parallel to the ground the length of your back and front.
  6. Take note of your size.


How to measure your bust:ย 

  1. Measure your bust around the fullest part of your chest with your arms at your sides.
  2. Stand straight with your feet together.
  3. Wrap the tape measure around the desired area under the armpits.
  4. Make sure itโ€™s snug, but not too tight.
  5. Write down your size.


How to measure your hip:

High hips โ€“ This really depends on your body type. Itโ€™s the circumference of your hips, approximately 7 inches below your natural waistline.

Low Hipsโ€Š- Measure around your hips, between your iliac crest and groin, and around the largest part of your buttocks.

  1. Measure both areas with your tape measure. Maintain a parallel line with the ground.
  2. Mark the intersection.
  3. Document the results.

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3โ€“7 days to fulfill an order, after which itโ€™s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:

  • Australia: 2โ€“14 business days
  • Japan: 4โ€“8 business days

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery addressย 
  • Ask your local post office if they have your packageย 
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighborโ€™s, get in touch with us atgoldpandaal@gmail.comwith your order number.If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

Weโ€™re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. Weโ€™ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If youโ€™re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing chartsโ€”we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If thatโ€™s the case, please let us know at [insert your support email here] within a week of receiving your order.
